As a dance artist/educator, I have the unique opportunity to build community, explore identity and support future movement artists. Scholarly and creative research in the field of dance continues to challenge me to ask the tough questions about artistry and pedagogy. In exploring potential answers to these tough questions, I find that collaboration with multiple creative minds from a wide range of disciplines leads to the most unexpected results… besides, it's much more fun to create with others.
